WITT gas mixers for medical applications

Ambient air contains impure particles such as dust, bacteria, viruses and pollutants. In medical applications very high requirements with regard to the purity of the used air are standard. WITT-synthetic air gas mixers are the solution for the reliable production of so called “Synthetic Air”, a mixture of pure oxygen and nitrogen in almost atmospheric composition.

WITT-Synthetic air gas mixers are established internationally in numerous stationary installations and are characterised by high safety standard, intuitive handling via touch screen, low investment and maintenance cost , easy integration and low power consumption.

Of course, all gas mixers fulfill highest quality requirements concerning construction, material and manufacturing. Two independently working gas analysers guarantee the right gas mixture of oxygen and nitrogen. Two series connected solenoid valves make sure that no gas escapes even if one valve fails.

The solution is certified according to European Medical Devices Directive 93/42/EEC.
