圧力調整器の性能がさらにパワーアップ

ドイツのガス技術専門メーカーWitt社が、同社の看板製品であるドーム型圧力調整器757LE及び737LE-HDの性能を再び大きく進化させました。

その結果、最上位モデルの757LEでは、流量係数Kv値が15で36％向上。高圧用の調整器737LE-HDにおいても、多くのガスに対し最高入口圧力として、50％アップの300bar（30MPa）を実現させました。

Witt社は圧力ドーム調整器の製品ラインを拡張し、さらに幅２インチ (DN50)の同社最大モデル757LEにコントロールモジュール、前後の圧力メーターおよび接続部品を取り付け、セットでも提供しています。

ガス技術なしでは海藻は育たず

収益性の高い海藻栽培において重要な役割を果たす二酸化炭素。ドイツメーカー Witt社がその技術を提供しています。

自動校正

自動校正用ガス調整装置の装備により、多くのガス技術システムのオペレーションコストと生産ロスの低減が可能になります。当機能は通常、後からの取り付けが難しいため初期からの搭載を検討することをお勧めします。

ドイツのリーデングカンパニー、WITT社のマーティン・ベンダー氏によれば「すべてのガス計測分析機器が、正確に作動し続けるには定期的な校正作業が必要不可欠」となります。校正の頻度はメーカーより設定されています。「通常は年に一回が見込まれるが、より頻繁な校正が理想」とベンダー氏は指摘しています。まず最初に「ゼロガス」を取り付けます。その際にガス濃度がゼロ点を示している必要があり、そうでなければ手動で表示をゼロ点の状態にしなければなりません。続いて、ある一定濃度の「校正用ガス」を取り付け、正確に検知します。それによって初めてシステムの正しい機能性が確保されます。

Witt introduces integrated moisture measurement for gas mixers

Witt, the market leader in gas mixing and metering systems and gas analyzers, announces new gas mixers with integrated moisture measurement which ensures the highest quality gas mixture for optimal manufacturing results. 

"Moisture in gasses can have a negative effect on the manufacturing process, especially when heat-treating metals," said Andreas Heyer, senior product manager. "When heat-treating metals, specially composed atmospheres are often used to ensure perfect and consistent processes. If the moisture level in the furnace is too high, it can have a negative effect on the manufacturing process," added Heyer.

Ventable in installed condition

Witt-Gasetechnik, the market leader in gas safety technology, announces it has developed a new venting function for safety relief valves. The SV805 A enables functional tests of installed Witt safety relief valves at any time.

“The new Witt relief valve SV805 A with straight design has been developed especially for venting with a connected blow-off pipe,” confirms Product Manager Andreas Heyer. “The escaping gas is not emitted into the ambient air but rather directly led into the blow-off pipe by using the venting function.”
