Gas Filter 77

Gas filter for filtering out mechanical impurities and condensate in pipelines, filter inserts in bronze (5/50 µm) especially for O2 or in Stainless Steel (0,5/7/40 µm), for high flow rates

  • increases service life of downstream fittings and equipment
  • high flow rate - owing to flow-maximizing design
  • with condensate drain
  • change of filter possible while installed
  • every gas filter 100% tested
  • 2.81 X 8 inches, approx. 112 oz

Information

WITT gas filters for reliable protection against contamination and condensate.

Benefits:

  • ultra-fine filtering out of mechanical impurities through bronze or stainless steel filter inserts
  • broad range of uses – compatible with many technical gases
  • filter inserts in stainless steel with a filtering fineness of 0,5 µm, 7-10 µm or 40 mµ
  • filter inserts in bronze especially for O2 with a filtering fineness of 5 µm or 50 mµ, according to EIGA
  • change of filter possible while installed due to user-friendly design
  • high flowrate thanks to flow-maximizing design
  • condensate can be collected and removed using condensate drain
  • easy to install thanks to large choice of connections
  • reliable filtering performance increases service life of downstream fittings and equipment
  • meets all the requirements of EIGA Guideline IGC Doc 13/12/E “Oxygen Pipeline and Piping Systems“
  • pre-cleaned to EIGA Guideline IGC Doc 13/12/E, and ready for O2
  • withstands maximum line pressure (40 bar) even if it becomes clogged

Operation / Usage:

  • particularly well suited to use in laser systems
  • Gas filter model 77 is designed for installation in pipelines
  • the gas purifiers with condensate drain must be installed vertically

Maintenance:

  • the condensate should be drained at regular intervals
  • the filter inserts must be checked regularly and replaced if necessary
